Special Education

Daniel Bagley provides a resource room to serve students with special academic or other specific needs and those receiving Chapter 1 services.

In addition to a resource room, Daniel Bagley offers an Autism Inclusion Program that provides academic and social skills support to students with special needs in the general academic setting. When necessary, services are also provided in a pull-out setting. While the majority of the students in the inclusion program are on the autism spectrum, the inclusion program is dedicated to supporting ALL students with special needs in an inclusion setting.

The Staff Intervention Team meets weekly to evaluate and plan for children with special needs and academic concerns. Parents of these children actively participate in developing appropriate solutions.

Daniel Bagley also provides onsite occupational therapy and speech therapy to qualifying students.
