Staff 4 - 5

Bagley Elementary is very proud to have such an incredible staff working together towards our high standards and educational goals. Our teachers, support staff, and administration are dedicated in their desire to strengthen the learning and enrichment of every Bagley Student.

Fourth/Fifth Grade: Brad Bauer

My goal this year is to maximize the abilities of all students, in all disciplines and of all economic backgrounds. I've been teaching at Daniel Bagley since 2001. My degree is from University of Alaska.

Fourth/Fifth Grade: Ed Roos

I have a master's degree in education and recently completed my professional teaching certification. I was born and raised in Seattle and am a graduate of Seattle Public Schools (Garfield). I'm a firm believer of educating the whole child. This includes incorporating business, engineering and sociology into the standard curriculum. I will also get to know each child individually and incorporate their own interests into the educational process. Along with all the learning, we will have a fun-filled year with lots of opportunities for personal growth.

Fourth/Fifth Montessori: John Moore

My teaching philosophy is to prepare a classroom environment where children feel peaceful, creative, and excited about their learning. I work to spark the child's imagination with key lessons, and then follow and assist the child as they coose their own work within a structure. My goal is to help the children become organized, socially adept, and intellectually tenacious.

Fourth/Fifth Montessori: Pamela Stackhouse

My educational philosophy is to cultivate a passion for learning while facilitating each child to unlock hidden potential through challenging academics, discovery and cooperative learning. I have taught in private Montessori schools for a number of years and am also on the faculty of the Montessori Education Institute of the Pacific Northwest. I am now happily ensconced here at Daniel Bagley.
